before booking
Yes. Roughly thirty minutes with a clinician, including a proper look at your skin or scalp. There is no charge and no requirement to book treatment on the day — plenty of people go away and think about it.
Walk-ins are welcome but we may ask you to wait or come back, since consultations are booked in blocks. A quick call or WhatsApp beforehand almost always saves you time.
Any products you are currently using, photographs of your skin at its worst if the problem comes and goes, and details of previous treatments or prescriptions. None of it is essential.
Two-wheeler parking is available directly outside. For cars, there is street parking along E Venkatasamy Road, which is usually easier before 11am and after 4pm.
Call or WhatsApp us at least a few hours ahead and we will move it, no difficulty. We would simply rather the slot went to someone waiting.
