Our story
Before the clinic,
there were just
two teenagers.
Long before Rootwise Aesthetics existed, it started as two teenagers, in two different corners of life, quietly dealing with the same thing: skin that broke out at the worst times, hair that thinned or fell no matter what shampoo promised otherwise, and the particular kind of self-consciousness that comes with not feeling comfortable in your own skin during years when it matters most.
Ashok Ramakrishna and Srinidhi MS didn’t meet as founders first — they met as two people who understood exactly what that struggle felt like. The confusing advice, the products that didn’t work, the treatments that felt out of reach or spoken about in language too clinical to make sense of.
Years later, when our paths crossed again, we realized that feeling never really left us — and neither did the question it left behind: why should good skin and hair care be this confusing, this expensive, or this hard to access for the average person?
That question became Rootwise Aesthetics. We didn’t want to build a clinic for the few who could afford exclusivity. We wanted to build the clinic we wished we’d had as teenagers — one where you’re heard before you’re treated, where the science is real but explained simply, and where results don’t come with a price tag that excludes ordinary people.
Every treatment we’ve designed, every hour we’ve put into learning and refining our approach, comes from that same place: two people who once stood in front of a mirror feeling like their skin or hair defined them, now working to make sure no one else has to feel that way — or pay a fortune to feel better.
